'Russkij Jazyk dlja Gostinits i Restoranov' is a basic course for hotel and restaurant personnel working abroad attending to Russian customers, or collaborating with Russian Tourist Agencies. The coursebook is not meant for self-study, but to be used with teacher guidance. Contents include basic grammar, dialogues, examples of business correspondance, listening exercises and a vocabulary content of about 1200 words.
